To register for a program: Sign in, select Programs, choose category (or all) and select Register within the activity description. You must check out to fully complete the online registration process. A receipt will be sent to the email address provided.

Facilities
The room is available to Oregon residents to rent. A $100 rental fee plus a $100 security deposit (total $200) along with the rental form are required. If no tape was used on the painted walls, everything is cleaned up, and there is no damage, you will receive a check in the mail within two to three weeks for your security deposit. Reservations can be made for the current year and the following year. Contact Janette Root at 419-698-7169 for reservations. Cancellations for a full refund require 14 days’ notice.
Note:
No alcohol is permitted. Do not adhere anything to the painted walls or ceiling – no tape, tacks, or nails allowed. Keep guests in the Community Room and out of the hallway, along with moderate the noise level. No DJ’s or music allowed. Chairs and tables must be put back on the racks. All garbage must be taken with you or put in the dumpster located behind the Police Department. Please see the Community Room rental form for a complete list of rules.
